Click on "Information Gateways" for large websites, which as the name suggests, form a gateway to social work related information, resource material and research. Click on "Search Engines" for access to search engines and other information finding sites. For those who are a little unsure about their abilities in this area, there is a little "tutorial" to help you along. Click on "News Services" for online news services, newspapers and magazines. Click on "Online Bookstore" for browsing for books and other publications online. Click on "Online Journals" for online versions of academic journals. Some online journals provide abstracts only but some have full-text articles. Click on "Research" for organisations active in health and social care research. Click on "IT Resources" for organisations and planning groups active in information technology, as well as relevant journals etc.
